How to Provide Local Resources to Network in Windows 7

Local resources to the network will allow you to share devices, resources or drives to remote system over network. Following are the steps to be followed:

Step1

Click Start -> Remote Desktop Connection option.

Step 2

Remote Desktop connection screen will appear, Press Options button in the lower left corner of the screen.

Step 3

On Option button press, screen will be extended with more features. In Local Resources tab, you can set remote audio, set Keyboard short keys, & assign Local Devices & resources to remote system.

Step 4

In Local devices & resources section you can select printers, clipboards for sharing. For more devices & resources sharing you can press More button. List of drives, devices will appear in a screen, you can select any desired options for sharing.
