I want to know how to turn off a user on my computer acct from being able to acess the internet. I tried blocking him from certain websites using the internet options, saftey, sites, and he just unblocked them and started to use them again. So to avoid him from being able to do that I would like it if someone could explain to me how to allow him no acess to the internet at all. Thanks. That would be greatly appreciatedand helpful. But this information is basic and not addressing my current dilemas. it is only something that I already know and am missing something obviously.
