How to change Language in Window 7

Some version of Windows 7 allows users to change system language. Change can be in display text, in wizards, menus, help & dialog boxes etc. Following steps can be followed to change language

Step by Step

Step 1

Click the Start ->Control Panel ->Clock, Language, and Region option

In Clock, Language & Region screen, click Region & language option.

Step

Region & language screen will appear. In Keyboards and Languages tab, select any language from drop down menu under Display Language section. Press Apply & then Ok button

Step 4

Restart system for the change effect.
Step 5

If you also want to change the language of welcome screen & new user accounts, press Administrative tab in the “Region and Language” screen.

Step 5(a)

Press Copy settings button under “Welcome screen and new user accounts” section.

Step 5(b)

In Welcome screen and new user accounts settings screen select Welcome screen and system accounts and New user accounts checkbox.

Step 6

If you want to change the language of the local system, press Change System Local button under Language for Unicode Programs. A screen will appear, select any language from current system locale drop down list & press OK button.

Step 7

After making changes press Apply & Ok in Administrative tab.
